All Sales Final

Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost during transit.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer
  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund at our discretion

Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace or claim.

If assistance is needed, our support team will work with the customer and carrier to help investigate the issue.

PepEquip is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Return Authorization

Any approved return must receive prior authorization from our support team before being sent back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded.

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by PepEquip

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after review and approval.

Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in future order restrictions.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
